Our Guild recently held a Gathering. At this event Spinning, Weaving and Textile Arts groups from the greater Newcastle region attended. Participants could submit entries in 8 different challenges. The competition was of a high standard. Lunch was provided and a small fashion parade along with demonstrations completed a great day. It was fun to meet and catch up with like minded people from the world of “crafting.”
