Lyn’s Saori Sample

Lyn A attended a weaving workshop at the Morriset Spinners and Weavers. She took her Saori loom, and her weaving sample is stunning. Lots of new techniques in beautiful colours. Thank you for sharing, Lyn.

Deb’s Dyeing

Debbie has purchased some commercial white wool and did her first lot of dyeing. Here is the finished wool ready for working into magic. Looks great and to think this is her first lot of dyeing. By Lyn A.

Faye’s Scarf

…and yet another scarf by Faye. I am amazed by the number of lovely woven scarves that Faye has produced in her short weaving career. There are going to be a lot of very happy scarf-wearers this winter. Keep at it Faye!

Community Quilts

These are the latest donated blocks to be included in a community quilt. What a great variety!!

Bev’s Funky Spinning

Bev is spinning yarn for Noelene to knit into hats. Noelene wants a chunky yarn to give the hats an interesting texture so Bev is using wool and mohair in this amazing yarn.

Faye’s woven scarf

Faye’s latest scarf made from her handspun wool looks lovely. She has used commercial wool for the warp. Some of Faye’s handspun used in this scarf is hand-dyed too!
